For reservations made after October 13 the preferred rate will continue to be available to delegates using the code “GAPP09” - however the rooms are subject to availability.

The Fairmont Royal York is located at 100 Front St. West, Toronto, Ontario, just east of Bay Street and west of Yonge in the heart of downtown Toronto.  The Metro Toronto Convention Centre is easy to access just a short walk away, either outside via Front Street or, through Toronto’s underground “PATH” System.

Onsite health protection measures:

The Metro Toronto Convention Centre has taken measures to increase the daily procedures for sanitization of items that are commonly touched by delegates and the public.  Decontamination precautions include sanitizing escalator handrails, door handles, public telephones and house phones.  Sanitization equipment and supplies are conveniently available in many public locations in the building. APPrO 2009 delegates can be assured that the conference environment is maintained with health and sanitation in mind.
